Kathleen Deeks is an experienced professional in youth development and early childhood education, currently serving as a Youth Development & Program Specialist and Senior Youth Worker at BGC Ottawa since February 2021. In this role, Kathleen is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of social, educational, and recreational programs, as well as training and supervising volunteers. Additionally, Kathleen has been working as an Early Childhood Educator at Garderie Bernadette since June 2018. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies from Carleton University and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
