Robert A. Anderson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several fields. Robert currently serves as the Head of Marketing, Strategic Communications, and Corporate Partnerships at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, where they provide strategic leadership in External Relations and Resource Development. Prior to this, Robert worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in marketing, branding, and media. Robert also served as the Director of Marketing, Development, and Partnerships at Morgan State University, where they led teams and enhanced sales and partnerships for corporate and consumer products. Robert has further experience as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Marymount University, where they taught courses and conducted academic research. Additionally, they held positions such as Chief Development Officer at Sapling Pictures, Senior Director of Sales & Business Development at Henninger Media Services, and Executive Producer at TV One. Robert previously worked at Discovery Inc as a Supervising Producer and Producer in advertising, promotions, and on-air marketing. At Henninger Media Services, Robert served as the General Manager for the Washington, DC location and later as the Senior Director of Sales & Business Development. Before that, they owned and operated their own boutique creative agency called RM&M Marketing Agency, LLC.
