Youth and Community Development

The Youth and Community Development team at Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis focuses on empowering young people and fostering community growth. They design and implement programs to support youth development, coordinate community service initiatives, manage resources and marketing efforts, and provide juvenile diversion services to guide at-risk youth towards positive outcomes.
