Dr. Christina Brown

Dr. Christina Brown is a chief executive officer and education leader who serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic (2024–Present). They previously owned Couture Consulting Group LLC as Owner and President (2012–2024) and held leadership roles including Director of Quality Schools Assurance at Hyde Foundation (2012–2024), Executive Director at New Heights Academy Charter School (2013–2024), and Executive Director at Bronx Charter School for the Arts (2009–2012). Earlier responsibilities include Hyde Leadership PCS where they served as HS Principal (2003–2007) and as Assistant Head of School, Curriculum and Instruction. They earned an M.Ed in Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University (2005–2007) and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Virginia State University and a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration at Seton Hall University.
