Sophie Jalabert

Sophie Jalabert is the current General Delegate at BGE. Before this, they worked as the Référente RSE des achats de Prestations de main d'oeuvres à la direction des Achats Groupe from January 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for adapting the Ambitions RSE of the SNCF Group in the strategies of purchasing Prestations main d'oeuvres. This included Propreté des gares et des locaux, Nettoyage des matériels roulants, Sécurité privée, Services en gare, Transports routiers et Services aux résidents.

From June 2017 to January 2020, Sophie Jalabert worked as the Référente Achats responsables à la direction des Achats de SNCF. In this role, they were responsible for transforming the purchase by working on the strategy of buying by Family and integrating social and environmental criteria into operational markets. Sophie also worked on evolving the suppliers of all Families of purchases by evaluating their RSE Performance. This included exchanging with suppliers on their plans for sustainable development, reminding them of the ambitions and commitments of SNCF, and building partnerships on innovation. Additionally, they were responsible for constructing supplier risk maps by purchasing family, highlighting major risks and opportunities, in light of internal levers. Finally, they were responsible for valorizing responsible purchases.

Sophie Jalabert has a Master 2 in Management of RSE from Université Paris - Val-de-Marne (Paris XII), a Maîtrise des sciences de gestion in Gestion d'entreprise from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), and a Bachelor Bac+3 in Finance et Contrôle de gestion from Advancia.
