Mark Cashiola

Mark Cashiola has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at BGE, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mark was an Independent Finance & Accounting Consultant for Cashiola Consulting, LLC, where significant improvements in finance functions and reporting efficiencies were achieved for a private equity-backed chemical company. Mark's previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at C&J Energy Services, where capabilities in managing rapid growth and IPO readiness were demonstrated, and Senior Controller at Grey Wolf, Inc. Mark began a professional career in auditing with Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG LLP, culminating in strong foundational expertise in finance. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
