Evan Christensen

Evan Christensen is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and textile industries, currently serving as Finishing Manager at BGF Industries, Inc. since April 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the production and finishing of high-performance textiles for aerospace, hot gas filtration, and military applications. Prior to this role, Evan was General Manager and Technical Director at Bruin Plastics Company from July 2008 to October 2014, managing manufacturing operations and leading research and development for textile composites. Evan also held positions as Senior Chemist at Stahl USA and Laboratory Manager at both Duracote Corporation and Bruin Plastics Company. Evan began a career in the military as a Petty Officer 2nd Class in the US Navy from August 1986 to August 1990, serving on the USS Kauffman. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Rhode Island College and an Associate's degree in Math and Science from Jamestown Community College.
