Rodney Niblett

Rodney Niblett has extensive experience in product management and manufacturing, currently serving as Product Manager for the Americas at BGF Industries, Inc. since November 1993, overseeing textile products across five business units, including Aerospace and Defense and Automotive. Previous roles at BGF Industries included Plant Manager, Weaving Department Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Supervisor/Facilitator. Before joining BGF Industries, Rodney Niblett served as a Missile Technician in the U.S. Navy from June 1985 to October 1993, specializing in ballistic missile submarines and electronics training. Rodney Niblett holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Southside Virginia Community College and completed the Manufacturing Executive Business Course at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
