Senior Operations Analyst at BGI

Neal Wynn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Neal began their career in the United States Marine Corps in 1999, serving as a F/A-18D Weapons System Officer until 2005. During this time, they also held the position of Logistics Officer at MATSG 21, providing logistical support to a large training support group. In 2006, they became an NFO Flight Instructor, training U.S. and foreign military aircrews in radar intercept and navigation procedures.

After leaving the military, Neal joined BGI, LLC as an Operational Analyst in 2008. In this role, they performed aviation training system design and development, including requirements analysis, training device and instructional system design, and creation of system and operational views. Neal also provided proposal system engineering support, facilitated communication between engineering assets and operational forces, and conducted test and evaluation of devices and simulators. Neal held this position until 2013.

In 2013, Neal took on the role of Senior Systems Engineer at KBRwyle, where they were involved in system engineering for various projects. Neal later became a Senior Operations Analyst at BGI, LLC in 2019.

Additionally, Neal has experience in education, having served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of Southern Maryland since 2013.

Neal Wynn completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Idaho from 1992 to 1997. Neal then pursued a Master of Science in Engineering Management at the University of Florida from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Neal obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business from 2011 to 2012.
