Alison Spence

Alison Spence is a seasoned workplace strategy professional with extensive experience in providing tailored portfolio and workplace solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Workplace Solutions at BGIS since March 2009, Alison has held multiple leadership roles, including Associate Vice President and National Director of TFMS Workplace Solutions, where a focus has been on enhancing workplace effectiveness through strategic interior design and change management. Prior experience includes managerial positions in space planning and workspace management at Ericsson, as well as serving as Interior Designer and Manager of the Health Care Division at Gansen Lindsay Design. Alison holds a Diploma in Interior Design from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours from Queen's University.
