Ty Conder

Ty Conder has a diverse work experience in the insurance and investment industry. Ty started their career at Fidelity Investments as a Broker/Dealer Service Specialist, providing exceptional service to investment professionals and acting as a mentor to new hires. Ty later became a Senior Regional Investment Consultant, managing a regional territory with a sales goal of $348 million. Ty was also a two-time Presidents Club Winner.

After Fidelity Investments, Ty joined The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America as a Senior Regional Sales Representative. In this role, they managed the Mid-Atlantic Territories and successfully grew sales by a significant percentage.

Currently, Ty holds the position of Vice President, Small Business Solutions and Workplace Onboarding at Boston Mutual Life Insurance. Prior to this, they were the Vice President - Small Business Solutions at the same company. Before their vice president roles, they worked as a Senior Regional Sales Director, managing workplace solutions.

Ty Conder completed their education at Bryant University. From 1999 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Ty Conder attended Bryant University again to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
