Alycia Rodgers

Alycia Rodgers is currently a Senior Workplace Strategist specializing in Change Management at BGIS, where collaboration with clients and stakeholders is key to driving organizational change and enhancing workplace innovation. Prior to this role, Alycia served as a Learning and Organizational Development Specialist at AAR Learning & Development Consulting, leading a comprehensive hybrid training program for a banking system conversion. Alycia’s extensive experience also includes over eight years as a Senior Advisor in Learning at First West Credit Union, where leadership of a team and project management contributed to the development and implementation of training programs across multiple regions. Starting in 1994 at Valley First, a division of First West Credit Union, Alycia progressed through various roles, culminating in the position of Assistant Branch Manager. Alycia's educational background includes current studies in the Provincial Instructors Diploma Program at Vancouver Community College and completion of various industry-specific certifications.
