Dejan Lukic

Dejan Lukic is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in business technology, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Director of IT Business Technology at BGIS since June 2015, Dejan has effectively managed departmental budgets, led successful client bids, and performed due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. With a focus on process engineering and team development, Dejan built a team of 15 skilled professionals while achieving an 80% employee engagement score. Prior experience includes roles at LKQ Corporation, where Dejan managed IT service processes for 200 staff, and Cross Canada Auto Body Supply, where rapid improvements in IT infrastructure were achieved across multiple locations.
