Kathryn Quirke

Kathryn Quirke, MCR, serves as Vice President of Real Estate Services and Managing Broker at BGIS, leading a team of over 100 real estate professionals in Transactions, Property Management, Lease Administration, and Lease Audit since December 2007. In addition to this role, Kathryn holds multiple titles including National Managing Broker and Broker of Record for Ontario, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, and New Brunswick, with responsibilities for a national Real Estate Transactions team managing diverse real estate transactions across Canada. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Brookfield Johnson Controls Realty and BLJC Real Estate Services Inc., along with roles at CAWEE and Lennard Commercial Realty. Kathryn's educational credentials include a Master’s in Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet and certifications in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
