Sima Ganji

Sima Ganji is a seasoned IT professional with a comprehensive background in software development and delivery management. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Solutions Delivery at BGIS since 2015, Sima oversees the development of innovative software solutions and leads a diverse solutions delivery organization. Previous roles include Director of IT Solutions Delivery, where Sima transitioned fragmented teams into cohesive units and founded a UX|UI organization, and Manager of Software Development and Architecture, focusing on enterprise applications and process optimization. Earlier experience includes leadership in software development at Brookfield Johnson Controls Canada and Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls BLJC, where Sima implemented tools to enhance productivity and developed training programs for junior developers. Sima holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tehran Azad University.
