Monika Banczyk

Monika Banczyk currently serves as the Head of Commercial Animation at BGL BNP Paribas, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Monika Banczyk was with BNP Paribas from January 2017 to June 2023, overseeing business development in corporate banking across seven retail banking countries outside the euro zone and co-heading the One Bank Business Development and Communication Club. Monika's extensive career began in 1996 and includes prominent roles at BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas and BNP Paribas Fortis, focusing on international business development, client management, and strategic project implementation across Europe. Monika Banczyk holds a Master's degree in Business and Finance from Solvay Brussels School and participated in an exchange program at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
