Cesar Ramirez-Toscano

Cesar Ramirez-Toscano is an experienced operations manager with a focus on building systems and facility maintenance. Currently employed at BentallGreenOak since February 2016, Cesar oversees the operation and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, while maintaining BOMA's Best Bronze level. Prior to this role, Cesar served as Operations Manager at Arcturus Realty Corporation for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included daily operations for a 260,000 sq. ft. property. Earlier experience includes a position as Staff Architect at MBV Engineering, Inc., focusing on research, design, and construction services. Cesar holds a degree in Engineering Technology from Pueblo Community College, completed in 2004.
