Chantelle Burgess

Chantelle Burgess is an experienced professional in development and project management within the real estate and urban planning sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Development for Eastern Canada at BentallGreenOak since October 2022, Chantelle previously held the position of Senior Manager, Development at Mattamy Homes, and Manager, Development at CreateTO. Chantelle’s earlier experience includes significant roles at York Region, where responsibilities ranged from Project Manager for Housing Development Asset Strategy—overseeing the comprehensive management of residential developments—to the role of Design Technologist focused on environmental services capital planning. Chantelle began a career with an internship in Transportation Services Capital Delivery at York Region. Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto.
