Gary E. Lee is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and development. Currently serving as Managing Director, Residential at BGO since July 2019, Lee previously held senior positions at Bentall Kennedy and Edenshaw Developments Limited, where strategic direction for growth and site acquisition was emphasized. Prior roles at GWL Realty Advisors included Senior Vice President, leading asset and property management for a multi-family and senior housing portfolio, achieving substantial asset value increases and operational efficiencies. Lee's earlier experience includes significant roles at Realstar Management Partnership and CBRE, where expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, and market research was developed.
