Stuart S. Prince

Stuart S. Prince serves as Executive Vice President, Residential for Peterson Companies and serves on the Company’s Investment and Finance Committee. As head of the Residential Department, Stuart oversees all aspects of the Company’s multi-family and residential lot development projects, which includes over ten projects and 2,000 housing units in Virginia and Maryland.

Stuart plays a significant role in the residential development at National Harbor, which currently features four active residential projects. He also has extensive experience in mixed-use development, community association formation and management, and finance.

Prior to his 14 years at Peterson Companies, Stuart was an associate at the law firm, Latham & Watkins LLP.

Stuart earned his AB degree in History from Duke University and a Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the Washington College of Law at American University. He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute and since 2005 has served on the Executive Committee of the First Tee of Greater Washington, DC, a youth development organization focusing on life skills and the game of golf.
