Auttawit Prasop

Auttawit Prasop has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategy, organization development, and transformation. Auttawit started their career at Siam Cement Group (SCG) in 2009 as a Human Resources Business Partner before progressing to roles like Assistant Manager and Manager of HR strategy and People Transformation. At B.Grimm, they held positions as Head of People Strategy and Transformation and then as First Vice President in charge of People Business Partnering. Prior to B.Grimm, they were at CPF Group as the GM of HR strategy and Organization Development in 2021.

Auttawit Prasop received a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from Chulalongkorn University. In 2016, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Brunel University London. Additionally, Auttawit has obtained certifications in Compassionate Leadership, Innovation Leadership, Innovation Management, Licensed Scrum Master, HR Development, and OKRs in Action.
