John Barnett

John Barnett is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, including current Chief Financial Officer at BGSF since March 2023. Previously, John served as Chief Financial Officer at Protective Insurance from October 2019 until February 2022, during which time the company was acquired by Progressive. John has a strong background in financial management, having held CFO positions at Acceptance Insurance and multiple roles at Broadcast Music, Inc. John also has significant experience from Anheuser-Busch in various managerial capacities. John Barnett holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master's in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
