Kelly Thomas

Kelly Thomas has a diverse work experience in property management and staffing. Starting as a Leasing Consultant at Fairfield Residential in 2012, they then moved on to become an Assistant Property Manager before transitioning to Northwood Ravin as an Assistant Community Manager in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, Kelly worked as a Staffing Coordinator at BGSF before being promoted to Regional Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director of Operations at BGSF since September 2022.

From 2008 to 2012, Kelly Thomas attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
