Arunas Ramanauskas

Arunas Ramanauskas currently serves as the Group CFO for BGV GROUP MANAGEMENT since September 2025. Prior to this role, Arunas worked at Farmak from December 2022 to August 2025 as the Head of Controlling, focusing on efficient departmental operations, developing financial KPIs, overseeing budgeting, and assessing investment viability. At Metinvest, from January 2016 to January 2023, Arunas held various roles including Head of the Indirect Procurement Department, where responsibilities included managing procurement processes, leading negotiations, and implementing IT solutions. Previous experience includes positions at PwC and PrivatBank, where Arunas gained expertise in auditing, investor relations, and consumer lending. Arunas holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Kyiv National Economic University and is a member of ACCA.
