Charlotte Chamness has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at BH Properties since April 2008. In this role, Charlotte assists the Property Manager with tenant retention, collections, vendor management, and handling maintenance calls and inquiries. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Senior Property Manager at First USA Bank from December 1995 to March 2000, and has a background in accounting. Charlotte's educational qualifications include attending Jones College in Jacksonville from 2001 to 2005.
