Tom Alexander

Tom Alexander is the Managing Director at BH Properties, where they oversee the sourcing, valuation, and execution of commercial real estate transactions for the West Coast. With over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate investment industry, Tom has worked with institutional and high-net-worth clients, acquiring and managing diverse portfolios exceeding $950 million. Tom's previous roles include Acquisitions Director at BH Properties and Investment Associate at US Property Trust, among others. They hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from California State University-Fullerton and are currently pursuing further education at UCLA Extension.
