David Kain, MBA

David Kain, MBA has over 10 years of experience in sales and business development. David is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development at BH Sensors. Prior to this, they were the Vice President, Sales & Consumer Lending at Safra from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Vice President, Sales at Axela Technologies, where they hired and trained a high-performing, geographically dispersed team of 10 account executives and 5 operations analysts. David also founded and served as Vice President of Sales at Jedi Equity Ventures, a real estate surplus recovery startup, where they collected $6M in foreclosure and tax deed surpluses in Florida. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Project Manager at Milagros Project Management, where they oversaw requests for information (RFI) and managed relationships with engineers, contractors, and architects. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Senior Account Executive at Commerce Payment Systems, where they developed new client relationships and enabled the processing of $900K in credit card funds.

David Kain has an extensive education history. David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Atlantic University, where they studied Finance from 2016 to 2018. David also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from Yeshiva University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Mortgage Loan Originator from The Florida Office of Financial Regulation in 2021, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist from US Probate Services in 2019, a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from Florida Atlantic University, and a License Real Estate Agent from the National Association of REALTORS®.
