Amber Rawlings

Amber Rawlings, ARM®, is currently the Area Vice President at BH Management, bringing over two decades of comprehensive expertise in property management. They have held various roles, including Director of Marketing, Property Manager, and Regional Manager, across different companies, and have been integral to operations in Connecticut, the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and Richmond, Virginia. Amber attended Old Dominion University, where they are pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Actively involved in industry associations, they have served on several committees and hold an ARM designation, while also being a CPM candidate, showcasing their multifaceted proficiency in the field.
