Johanna Nowik

Johanna Nowik is a seasoned professional in property management, currently serving as Area Vice President at BH Management Services since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Regional Manager and Regional Manager at Gables Residential from January 2013 to January 2022. Johanna has also held the position of Regional Property Manager at Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc. from August 2011 to January 2013, and previously worked as Community Manager at the same company. Additional experience includes Property Manager at Aspen Square Management and Regional Property Manager at Newman Properties. Johanna obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Boston University between 1999 and 2003.
