Kristina Marshall

Kristina Marshall has extensive experience in property management and operations, currently serving as Regional Vice President at BH Management Services, LLC since August 2008. In this role, Kristina oversees operations for 12 multi-family communities across three states, managing a team of 65 employees and approximately 2,880 units. Responsibilities include ensuring overall profitability, focusing on expense control, customer service, pricing strategies, resident and employee retention, and asset performance. Prior to this, Kristina held positions at Pinnacle Family of Companies as Property Manager and at Western Filtration Technologies LLC as Marketing Director, where oversight included managing a team of marketers, scheduling, payroll, and cost analysis.
