Finance and Accounting

The Finance and Accounting team at BH3 Management is responsible for maintaining financial integrity and accuracy across all divisions, including Real Estate Debt and Equity Opportunities, as well as Growth Equity initiatives. The team handles financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance. They also manage fund accounting for investments, monitor financial performance, and provide insights to optimize returns for investors and stakeholders.
