Robin Wood Sailer is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in media, events, and marketing. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Helena Capital and Co-Founder and Partner at Le Labs Group, Robin has a proven track record in developing experiential marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies and various stakeholders. Previous roles include Vice President at Dow Jones, where oversight of custom and brand event programming was a key responsibility, and significant contributions at Bloomberg LP and CBS News, focusing on editorial programming and live event production. Additionally, Robin has held advisory positions with BHAKTA Spirits and WhistlePig Whiskey, providing strategic insights into marketing and operations. Education includes studies at Maine Media and Skidmore College.

Begun by the founder of WhistlePig Whiskey, the most successful whiskey startup to come along in the last 100 years, BHAKTA is about reviving forgotten flavors, exquisite taste, and agricultural vigor to the liquor industry. Beyond that, we are an able team of innovators in the food/beverage, entertainment, hospitality, and education spheres, and we possess all the resources necessary to excel in this broad scope. Our founder, Raj Peter Bhakta, is the pioneer of this lofty mission. As the founder of WhistlePig, Raj led the rye whiskey boom and pioneered the farm-to-bottle ethos. Between 2010 and 2019, Raj grew WhistlePig to one of the most iconic whiskey brands and a business worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Now, from ancient Armagnac, to global whiskey, to American rum, his eponymous endeavor seeks to unearth the finest and please all palates. He also just so happens to have bought a college ... yes, a college. We recently launched a new spirit - one that has aged for five generations, making it the rarest and most exquisite in the world. We’re unabashed optimists looking boldly into the future while cultivating deep roots in the past. BHAKTA is hiring across several IN-PERSON intern and junior positions - most of which have the possibility of advancement. Many will entail paid travel among our four locations: our 125-acre, 500-thousand-square-feet restored college campus in Poultney, Vermont; an 800-acre farm of grapes, apples, and grain in Shoreham, Vermont; a 1000-acre cattle ranch and soon to be rum operation in Vero Beach, Florida; and our chateau in Condom, France.
