Balaji R is currently a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Bhanzu since September 2024, specializing in end-to-end recruitment across various regions including ANZ, UK, US, GCC, India, and Canada, with an emphasis on non-technical roles. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Recruiter at Merida Tech Minds, where recruitment and selection were key responsibilities, and as a Human Resources Generalist Intern at WPG Electronics, focused on operations management and HR information technology. Additionally, Balaji contributed as a Mental Health Volunteer at Swasti, conducting psychosocial risk assessments among factory workers, and completed internships in HR operations at BEML LTD. Balaji holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial Psychology and HRM from Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from PSG College of Arts and Science.
