Shweta Nigam Dasgupta

Shweta Nigam Dasgupta is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Product at NPCI Bharat BillPay Ltd. since April 2024. Previously, at JUSPAY from February 2022 to April 2024, Shweta developed B2B payment products and played a key role in establishing the Mumbai office, growing the tech and product teams significantly. Shweta founded LUMOkid, a global life-skills program for children, focusing on knowledge, character, skills, and health. Prior roles include leadership positions at Deskera, Edelweiss Financial Services, Deutsche Bank, and Honeywell Technology Solutions, along with an engineering foundation at IIT Kanpur, where Shweta earned a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering.
