Sujana Prasad Chittineni

Sujana Prasad Chittineni currently serves as Deputy General Manager at Bharat Biotech, focusing on quality control for new vaccine projects since August 2023. Previously, Sujana was General Manager at Gen Bio Sciences (P) Ltd. from March 2021 to August 2023 and held the position of Assistant General Manager at Sanofi Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. from April 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included formulation and filling of vaccines as well as leading a filling line upgradation project. Sujana also served as Senior Manager at Shantha Biotechnics, another Sanofi company, from April 2016 to April 2017, and worked as a Senior Scientist in R&D at Shantha Biotechnics from October 2012 to March 2016, specializing in analytical development of vaccines. Earlier in the career, Sujana was Manager of Quality Control at Biological E. LTD from March 2007 to September 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University obtained between 2008 and 2015, and a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharmacy) in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from JSS College of Pharmacy completed from 2000 to 2002.
