Manoj has 18 years of experience in Banking, Micro-banking and Microfinance. He has strong business acumen and expertise in business development, implementing new initiatives, and process & controls management with a blend of technical and functional skills. Before joining BFIL, he was with RBL Finserv Ltd, BASIX Group, Ujjivan, and SVCL. He has done his BBA from Bangalore University and MBA from VAMNICOM-Pune.
