Prem Pratap

Prem Pratap currently serves as the Zonal Head of HR at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, a 100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank Ltd., overseeing 15 regional offices and more than 400 branches with a workforce exceeding 5,000 employees. In previous roles, Prem Pratap held positions such as Lead Manager and State SPOC at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and HR Manager at SKS Microfinance Limited. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Apar Industries. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Academy for Professional Excellence in Kolkata, a BBA from Marwari College, and a certificate course in Labor Law from the Silvassa Industries Association. Prem Pratap is currently pursuing a diploma in Human Resources through Alison.
