In the initial phase of his career Ramesh Babu had the good fortune of getting exposure in the Banking sector by working in multiple departments in the Commercial vehicle loans and Internal audit space
He has vast experience in handling large teams for sales and collection on a Pan-India level. An MBA postgraduate from Pune University, and an MDP (Management Development Programme) from IIM-Ahmedabad, Ramesh started his career as a Management trainee, and now has grown to the level of a Business head for the two-wheeler loans and personal loans for the cross-sell verticals for IndusInd Bank in India.
A remarkable milestone achievement in his career has been the disbursement of the "One crore number for two-wheeler loans" cumulatively since its product launch for the IndusInd Bank making the Bank rank amongst the top 3 players in Two-wheeler financiers in India consistently for over 2 decades.
