Gajanan Desai

Gajanan Desai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and development within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Design & Development at Bharat Forge Ltd since June 2015, Gajanan has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Cold Forging Operations and Senior Vice President of Engineering. Prior to this, Gajanan worked at Hirschvogel Components India as DGM of Quality Management, Product Development & Engineering, and held positions at Kalyani Thermal System Limited and Patheja Brothers Forgings & Stampings Ltd. Gajanan possesses a Diploma in Production Technology from K. B. P. College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Arani University.
