Michael Arul Pio

Michael Arul Pio is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, where roles have included Sr. Manager Employee Relations and Manager HR from May 2015 to March 2022, as well as an earlier position as Assistant Manager HR. Prior to this, Michael held a management trainee position in HR with Ad Astra Consultants and worked as an Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions, managing Business Intelligence tools. Michael earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College Of Engineering.
