Sandeep Kalra

Sandeep Kalra has over 35 years of experience with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Planning. Sandeep has successfully developed business strategies for expanding into new territories, notably overseeing the commissioning of the Bina refinery project worth 10,000 crores. Previous roles include State Head across various locations and Manager, where contributions included enhancing retail chains and strategic business expansion during the Shell joint venture. In addition, Sandeep holds a Master’s in Business Administration focused on Marketing Management/HR and is pursuing a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation.
