Sushil Patil

Sushil Patil has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as DGM ER & Ben Admin (HRS) South at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited since February 2008. Sushil has held various roles within the organization, including Chief Manager Employee Relations at Mumbai Refinery and Senior Manager HRD. Key contributions include developing business plans for the HRS function, spearheading manpower assessments, and implementing long-term settlements for non-management staff. Sushil has also played a critical role in designing voluntary retirement schemes and overseeing employee discipline management. Prior to Bharat Petroleum, Sushil gained experience at Mahanagar Gas Ltd. and Deepak Nitrite Limited. Sushil holds a Master's in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology.
