Vinay Kumar Saxena has over three decades of experience in the petroleum industry, primarily with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited since December 1986, where various roles were held including Team Member of ERPCC, Dy. Manager in IS (Procurement & Contracts), Territory Manager for LPG, and Dy. Manager in Operations and Engineering. Prior experience includes consulting as a SAP MM Consultant for Petroleum India International and Bharat Oman Refineries Limited. Vinay Kumar Saxena holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, completed in 1986, and completed XI-XII education at Govt. Inter College, Bareilly, and VI-X at Vedo Jivini Higher Secondary School, Bareilly.
