Archana Singh is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in driving people performance and development across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited since December 2022, Archana has previously held key HR roles at udaan.com, Mahindra Susten, and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd. Notable achievements include developing and facilitating the 'UDAAN' learning program and creating Mahindra Susten's first 'E-Induction Module' to enhance onboarding experiences. Archana holds a Master's in Labor Studies, HR & IR from LNML MILS and a Bachelor's in Banking & Insurance from S.I.E.S. College.
