Nilesh Kulkarni

Nilesh Kulkarni currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited since March 2020. Prior to this role, Nilesh held significant HR leadership positions, including Director of People & Organization at Novo Nordisk India from June 2018 to February 2020, and Global Lead for Succession & Talent Management at Roche from October 2012 to April 2018. Nilesh began at Roche as Head of HR for India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, contributing to the company’s leadership team. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Sanofi Pasteur and Head of Human Resources at Novartis Consumer Health. Nilesh's career in HR began at Sanofi, and earlier roles include positions with Voltas Limited and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Nilesh holds a Master's in Labour Studies from Mumbai University and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
