Uttara Rane

Uttara Rane currently serves as Lead - Talent Management & OD at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited since March 2023. Previously, Uttara held the position of Talent Management & L&OD Specialist at Indian Oiltanking from December 2021 to March 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Consultant - OD & Talent Management at Flipcarbon Integrated Solutions Private Limited between February 2019 and December 2021. From September 2015 to February 2019, Uttara functioned as an HR Business Partner at Vertiv Co, providing HR support to 500 employees across multiple offices, managing recruitment, training, and policy governance. Uttara gained early experience as an HR Representative at Intern Rec Ltd in mid-2015, focusing on recruitment processes and employee management. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Mumbai.
