Sumeet Rana

Sumeet Rana has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sumeet is currently serving as the Vice President of Products at BharatPe, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ixigo from 2018 to 2022, where they held the positions of VP - Product and AVP - Product. Before ixigo, Sumeet worked as a Senior Product Manager at MobiKwik from 2017 to 2018. Sumeet also had a significant tenure at PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd., where they served as a Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Associate Product Manager from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Sumeet gained valuable experience as an Associate Product Manager at both www.holidayiq.com and Inkfruit.com from 2012 to 2013. Sumeet started their career as a Summer Intern at ITC Limited in 2011, where they worked on an energy optimization project and achieved significant cost savings. Prior to that, they also gained intern experience at Enelek Power in 2011. Sumeet's early career involved holding leadership positions such as Core Group Member at Mood Indigo, IIT Bombay, and Hostel Sports Secretary at Hostel-2, IIT-Bombay.

Sumeet Rana received a B-Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Appreciation from the Rashtriya Bal Vigyan Congress in 2001.
