Alok Kumar Pmp®

Alok Kumar PMP®, CSSBB is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of project management experience in the Banking and Telecom finance and accounting sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Airtel since April 2014, Alok leads the PMO, manages transitions and transformations, and oversees a multilingual program management team. Previously held roles include Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, where responsibilities included heading the PMO and managing large-scale transition projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at HSBC and Senior Finance Analyst at EXL Service. Alok holds an MBA in Finance and certifications in PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, complemented by a Future Leaders Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Master's in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
