Hitesh Sachdeva

Hitesh Sachdeva is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in growth and performance marketing. Currently serving as AVP and Head of Growth for the App at airtel since February 2025, Hitesh focuses on app growth, performance marketing, and product-led growth initiatives. Prior to airtel, Hitesh was Senior Director at BharatPe, leading a team responsible for driving demand across various business lines. Hitesh's background includes pivotal roles at Meta, where strategic partnerships with creators were established, and Uber, where new user acquisition and CRM campaigns were executed. Starting in the early stages of the career at The Smart Cube, Hitesh developed a strong foundation in market research and data analytics, complemented by an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
