Ishu Rungta

Ishu Rungta is a seasoned risk analyst with extensive experience in credit risk, policy, and portfolio management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Lead Risk Analyst at Bharti Airtel since May 2022, Ishu focuses on credit risk for the Digital Lending and Fintech arm, overseeing personal loan and credit card products. Prior to this role, Ishu held the position of Senior Risk Manager at Xiaomi India and had significant contributions at Axis Bank as a Manager, including the formulation of lending policies and the establishment of a central credit underwriting unit. Early career experiences include roles at HDFC Bank Ltd as Deputy Manager and internships with the State Bank of India and BRICstone Business Partners LLP. Ishu holds a B.B.A. in Management from ITM Business School and has a foundational education in science and SSC from various institutions.
